My dad was driving me to Clark Hatch at Mont Kiara for my usual Wing Chun training on his Fiat Coupe. As the highway was rather clear that day, he decided to push the 10-year-old-tin-can sport car to its top speed as we saw a Maserati Grandturismo taunting us, apparently, or so he thinks. After like 3 minutes of suspense, excitement, and dodging slow poke cars (the usual kancils, protons, myvis etc...), we reached 223km/h the cars top speed was 227km/h, so we were almost there, but he noticed the engine's thermometer going ballistic, the Maserati was already 3 meters away when he slowed down to the nearest Shell Petrol Station near the North-South Highway (going towards KL).. Well, to our surprise, the engine was full of steam... alot. And i made trips to the toilet with a bottle to refill the engine's water to and fro, Eventually, he noticed there was a leak, a water leak. Yay me. -.- Turns out, the water pipe burst. Oh great, no training for me. -.- (P/s: I hate maseratis..)
So basically, we were stranded in the Petrol Station for 4 hours, waiting for AAM. Aint our day. Good thing, we had cell phones, otherwise we would be hitch-hiking. Well, we had entertainment. We were admiring a Lamborghini Gallardo (orange one) passing by, kawasaki ninjas, a new Subaru Impreza (hatchback), and we saw a Ferrari F430 Scuderia rufueling petrol at Shell. haha. That was cool. But erm, none of them appealed to me, except for the good-for-nothing Maserati Grandturismo. I'm not a fan, of Maserati but Shammie said that something was missing from my car-crazy blog, so erm, i gonna blog about it. You happy now, Shammie?

Thats the culprit!

The Grandturismo was practically exhibiting its butt to us. -.-

Oooh! Look at that beauty! (Huh, what maserati?)

Still wondering why it was so fast?

A family sports car. Spot on, i must say. :)
Specifications, here we come! Lets see... It bears a 4.2 litre engine that gives a boost of 405 horses, and a torque of 460 NM. Acceleration's is 5.2 seconds to 100km/h, woah, and it'll reach up to a top speed of 285km/h, thats FAST. And wouldnt want to know about the fuel consumption. All this, at a price of 134,000 USD. B*ll*cks! Mind you, I still dont like this car.
Anyways, a shoutout to Sri KDU friends, I'll be back soon. Sorry for being away, teachers. Take care guys, stay healthy.
Same goes for me. :)
